Return Policy

 

For “Standard Size” gowns and other non-custom items:

 

For standard size dresses and other non-customized items:
We gladly accept returns on dresses that have production faults. To make a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Once we receive the returned dress and confirm it is in good condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

We will not accept returns for dresses that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. If a returned dress is not in a resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

For “Custom Size” dresses and customized items:

 

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made dresses, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements and specifications before placing your order. We will work with you to ensure that your dress fits properly and meets your expectations, but we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the dress has been made.

 

If there are any issues with the quality or craftsmanship of your dress, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Import Taxes and Duties Policy:

 

All products imported into the country are subject to import taxes and duties as determined by the government. These taxes and duties are non-refundable and must be paid by the recipient of the products at the time of delivery.

 

It is the responsibility of the recipient to be aware of the applicable taxes and duties for the products they are importing and to budget accordingly. If the customer has not pre-paid the import taxes and duties at checkout, they will be required to do so upon delivery. Failure to pay the taxes and duties may result in the products being held by customs, returned to the sender, or seized by the government.

 

Please note that import taxes and duties paid by the customer will not be refunded in case of returns.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy states that you have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Once we have accepted your return, we will send you an invoice for the return shipping label, which must be paid before we can issue the label. You will then receive the shipping label via email, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damage and issues

Upon receipt of your returned item, please inspect it immediately and contact us right away if you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-retournable items

There are certain exceptions to our return policy. We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about the return of your specific item, please contact us for further assistance.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, the quickest way is to return the original item first. Once we have accepted the return, please contact us via email to proceed with the exchange.

 

Refunds

Finally, we will notify you when we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
